The Academy is committed to protecting the privacy of its Students and is responsible for collecting, using, and disclosing personal information in accordance with Canadian privacy laws, including Quebec's Bill 64.
Personal Identification Information Collection The Academy may collect personal identification information from Students in various ways, including but not limited to, enrollment in the Academy or its courses, subscription to a newsletter, or participation in other activities, services, features, or resources available in the Academy. Personal identification information is collected only when voluntarily submitted by the Student and can be refused without affecting the ability to participate in the Academy's offerings.
Use of Collected Information The personal identification information collected from Students is used for the following purposes:

- Efficiently responding to customer service requests and support needs

- Understanding how Students use the Academy's offerings as a group
